SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER

SALARY: RM2,500-3,000 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Organise, manage and monitor all aspects of an engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
– Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimise delays.
– Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. This may include preparing complex engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
– Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met.
– Liaise with other operational areas in the organisation (for example Admin & Procurement, HR & Finance) to secure specialised resources and contributions for the project.
– Select, and manage the activities, outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.
– Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
– Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate engineering and production staff to meet project targets and milestones.
– Coach and mentor for engineering and production staff and assist them to solve problems.
– Support for engineering activities including RFQ, site visit, designing, dealing with customer-supplier and every process until product delivery.
– Support for production activities including machining, hot works, assembly, repair-service, troubleshoot and on-site installation.
– Conduct technical inspection thoroughly for every projects in terms of quality and delivery

Scheduled reporting to Managing Director for the Engineering & Production operation progress.

CNC MACHINIST CUM ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

SALARY: RM 1,800 – RM 2,300 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Experience in operating CNC milling and turning for fabricating the parts from engineering drawing
– Performing all general/intermediate machinist duties and responsibilities
– Experience in operating conventional Milling & Lathe Machine
– Experience in reading and interpret CAD drawing (Autocad/Solidworks) into machining process
– Perform mechanical assembly, installation, testing and on-site setup of the machine/conveyor/jigs based on timelines and customer requirement
– Conduct repair and service/maintenance work for our products supplied to customer
– Management may, from time to time, require you to carry out other tasks in addition to your normal duties, provided these tasks are both reasonable and within your capabilities.

REQUIREMENT:-

– Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
– Experienced and possess hands-on skill in CNC and conventional Machining.
– At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English
– Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

MECHANICAL DRAFTER CUM ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

SALARY: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Experience to prepare technical drawing of 2D and 3D using AUTOCAD, Solidworks or equivalent
– Performing all general/standard practice in GD&T for drawing
– Liaise with engineer and technician to gather all required drawing specification and information
– Apply advance drafting skill to develop technical drawing base in technical information from engineer
– Experience in reading 2D & 3D CAD drawing (Autocad/Solidworks) with technical indication and interpret into assembly process
– Perform mechanical assembly, installation, testing and on-site setup of the machine/conveyor/jigs based on timelines and customer requirement
